Important Party Info
What to Bring
- Comfortable athletic clothing (no zippers, snaps, or buttons)
- Bare feet for better grip and safety
- Labeled water bottle for hydration
- Hair tied back and out of the face
Things to Know Before You Book!
- Each participant must have a completed online waiver signed by their legal guardian. We recommend including a link to it with your party invitation.
- Any child or adult going into the gymnastics floor for the party must complete an online waiver.
- Any children attending parties that are under the age of 4 will require an adult to supervise them with a max ratio of 2:1
- Party cancellations greater than 72 hours in advance will result in a $100 refund. Parties cancelled less than 72 hours in advance will be issued no refunds or credits.
What to Expect
- Arrive 15 minutes before party to check in with front desk and help greet your party participants
- Access to the party room will be granted while participants are in the gym, you may bring all of your supplies and food upstairs in the common area beforehand​
