Your Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend your child wear a leotard or a snug shirt with shorts. Avoid zippers, buttons, or snaps as they can damage equipment or cause injury. Baggy clothing is equally as dangerous as it can impede the athlete's vision or coaching assistance. For safety and grip, kids must have bare feet while in the gym. No socks are allowed.

If your child is in Parent & Tot, Preschool, or Kindergym, a parent must stay. For older kids in classes over an hour, you only need to stay if your child might need help in the washroom, as our staff cannot assist. If you do leave, please be back on time for pickup to avoid any late fees.

To hold your spot in class, payment is required at the time of registration. Once your subsidy application is approved and we received payment, the subsidy amount will be refunded back to the original form of payment on your account.
Families are responsible for applying directly through the subsidy provider, we are unable to submit applications on your behalf.

Your Alberta Gymnastics membership and insurance fees are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for any missed classes or no-shows. If you need to withdraw, please give us a full 30 days' notice by filling out our online form HERE. You will be billed for one final month after we receive your notice. We would love to see your athlete in class for those final sessions to finish their season strong.

We love celebrating your child's growth. Our coaches track every new skill in your athlete's Jack Rabbit Account. You can check this anytime through the Parent Portal. When your gymnast completes a level, they will receive a milestone ribbon at the end of their class and we will direct you to the Front Desk to facilitate the transfer to the next level. Please do not register yourself through the Parent Portal, as it will not automatically drop your athlete from their current class which will result in a double charge.
