Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or ready to tackle more advanced skills, our Recreational Gymnastics program is designed to help every athlete grow at their own pace is a fun, positive, and supportive environment.

Our coaches focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement while teaching gymnastics through safe, age-appropriate progressions.

From cartwheels to back handsprings, every achievement starts with a strong foundation. Classes are grouped by skill level to ensure every athlete is appropriately challenged while having fun.

Beginner 1, 2, 3

- Perfect for athletes who are new to gymnastics, our Beginner classes focus on building strong fundamentals in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. Athletes learn foundational skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, safe landings, and body control through age appropriate progressions designed to build confidence and success.
- Along the way, athletes develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and body awareness while discovering a lifelong love of the movement.
Intermediate 1, 2, 3

- Our Intermediate classes are designed for athletes who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to build on their skills with greater strength, control, and confidence. Through progressive instruction, athletes develop more advanced tumbling, swinging skills on bars, and skill connections while continuing to refine technique across all events.
- Classes challenge athletes to expand their abilities while building resilience, flexibility, coordination, and overall athleticism in a positive and encouraging environment.
Advanced 1, 2, 3

- Our Advanced classes are designed for athletes who are ready to refine technique, build power, and confidently progress to higher-level more complex gymnastics skills. Athletes continue developing more advanced tumbling, strength, flexibility, and event-specific skills while learning increasingly challenging combinations and progressions.
- With an emphasis on precision, perseverance, and personal achievement, athlete are encouraged to set goals, push their limits, and celebrate every milestone in a supportive coaching environment.

- Comfortable athletic clothing (no zippers, snaps, or buttons)
- Bare feet for better grip and safety
- Labeled water bottle for hydration

Things to Know Before You Join!
- Each athlete is required to pay the $55 Alberta Gymnastics Membership & Insurance Fee once per year (the year runs July 1 to June 30).
- Classes are continuous, which means you'll stay enrolled in your class until you choose to withdraw. We run 12 months per year! For more information regarding our Continuous Enrollment & Year-Round Programming CLICK HERE.
- To withdraw, you can complete our Notice of Withdraw Form and provide us with a minimum of 30 days notice. Once we receive your submission, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your last month of gymnastics. For more information regarding our Withdraw Policy CLICK HERE.
- Monthly tuition includes 4 classes per month. Months with a 5th class will be known as Black Out Days which we close for staff training and facility maintenance. Any months with less than 4 classes will be prorated accordingly. For more information on Tuition & Blackout Days CLICK HERE.
Changing Classes
- Transfers can not be completed in your JackRabbit account, as this will result in double billing!
- If you are needing to change classes due to schedule conflicts or advancing levels, please stop by our front desk or call in to transfer classes. For more information on Moving Up or Changing Classes CLICK HERE.

Annual Membership Option
- Families planning to train year-round may choose our Annual Membership option.

Makeup Classes
- Due to the size of our programs, we are unable to facilitate makeups for missed classes September to June.
- In the months of July & August only, we allow for the flexibility to makeups as we run a lighter program!
